Our Inclined-jet hydro turbine generator device is a new generation of one period alternating present (AC) generator, which is ideal for very hot and humid setting, with automatic voltage controller regulator (A.V.R.). It applies to inland waterways, house lighting or standby electrical power for motors.
Working Basic principle
Drinking water from the strain forebay flows into the turbine nozzle through pipe. Its potential energy is converted to kinetic strength by the nozzle. The large speed h2o jet will come out from the nozzle strikes at the buckets (blades) at a certain angle (not in a tangential direction) from the rotating surface of the runner. The h2o flows into the buckets (blades) from 1 side and flows out from other side. Inclined-jet turbine generator only has one buckets (blades). It is relevant for the small-size and medium-dimensions electrical power station with h2o head ranges from 20m to 400m.
Construction and advantages
Our generators are in protected horizontal framework, whose security degree is IP22, with rotating magnetic subject and steerable excitation. Small in dimension but high in accuracy. Its body and protect are all casted by iron, sturdy and tough. The iron coil of generator stator is laminated with .5mm thickness large-quality silicon -steel sheets. The pole coil is laminated by 1mm thickness electrical metal. Conductor wire is made of large toughness enameled wire with insulation quality B, and has went by way of unique therapy of anti-mold, anti-moisture and anti-salt, and so on. All of the materials are of higher good quality with low mammalian toxicity. The whole set is easy in construction, sturdy and sturdy and simple to be managed.
